• Quotes are estimates only and may change due to fuel costs, carrier rates, port fees, or regulatory changes.

• Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any required payment or deposit.

• Payment must be made in accordance with the Company’s Payment Policy.

• Bank transfer is the accepted method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Services may be delayed or suspended until payment is received and cleared.

• Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, customs duties, and government fees unless a valid exemption is provided.

• Taxes and fees will be itemized on invoices where required by law.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspections, carrier issues, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

• Customers must ensure safe and legal access to delivery locations.

• Customers must inspect containers upon delivery.

• Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.

• Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe constitutes acceptance of the delivery.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Container Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• Shipping insurance is not included unless expressly stated.

• Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for containers and cargo.

• The Company is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.

• Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch, subject to cancellation fees.

• Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued according to the Company’s policies.

Customers agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Ensure containers are not used for prohibited or hazardous purposes without approval

• Secure necessary permits, zoning approvals, and site access

Containers may not be used to transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials unless fully compliant with applicable laws and approved in writing by the Company.

The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or transportation interruptions.

All content, logos, designs, and materials provided by Container Home Solutions are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without written permission.
