1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Container Home Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting services, or engaging in any transaction with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Services

Container Home Solutions provides container shipping, transportation, delivery, handling, and related logistics services within the United States and internationally, subject to availability, regulatory requirements, and written agreements.

All services are provided based on written quotes, invoices, or contracts issued by the Company.

3 Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or an entity.

4 Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for a specified period.

  • Quotes are estimates and may change due to fuel costs, port fees, regulatory changes, or carrier rates.

  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any required payment or deposit.

5 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in accordance with the Company’s Payment Policy.

  • Bank transfer is the accepted payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Services may be delayed, suspended, or canceled if payment is not received or cleared.

6 Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, customs duties, and government fees unless a valid exemption is provided in advance.

7 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspections, labor disputes, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

  • Customers must ensure safe access to delivery locations and obtain all necessary permits.

8 Inspection & Acceptance

  • Containers must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe constitutes acceptance.

9 Risk of Loss & Title

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • Title to containers transfers in accordance with the applicable sales or service agreement.
